Al Majarra means the galaxy.

AMS is the product of twin sisters who were born and raised in the United States. They were tired of seeing repetitive, stereotypical themes that portrayed Muslims, especially men, as violent and oppressive, and women, as weak and in need of a savior to take her away from her religion.
By creating AMS, we are the directors, the creators, the voices, and the costume designers. No longer do we need to create petitions or hashtags to demand representation- because we are the representation.
